Heat oil in a pan on low heat,add your onions,garlic and pepper and Sautee for 5 minutes.

Add your spices and Maggi and stir for 1 minute

Add your chopped canned tomatoes and tomato puree and stir allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat.the consistency of your mixture should not be watery and little parsley and stir.

Create 3 holes in your mixture and crack an egg each,close and allow to cook for 8 minutes..

NOTE: if you don't have canned chopped tomatoes it's okay just use fresh tomatoes and chop, using dill seed is optional. If you want it spicy you can add cayanne or ground chilli powder.

When it's ready sprinkle your chopped parsley. it can be served with bread, pasta and lots more
