25 cupcakes

2 cupscake flour
250grm margarine
1 cupsugar
5eggs
1/2 cupbuttermilk
1tspn vanilla/milk flavor
1tspn baking powder

Measure out all your ingredients.

In a clean bowl, add in your margarine and sugar, mix very well till light and fluffy.

Add in eggs one at a time till all well mixed in. Add in flavor and mix.

Now sift your cake flour and baking powder (if you don’t have cake flour you can remove 2tbspn of flour from the 2cups flour and substitute with 2 tbspn of corn flour, that’s your cake flour).

Now gradually add in your flour mixture in batches substituting with the buttermilk till all incorporated. Do not over mix!

Preheat your oven, then line your baking pan with cupcakes liner, then pour in your batter, do not fill up to the brim, it should be 2/3 of the cupcake liner.

Lastly bake on medium heat till skewer inserted in comes out clean!
