  • 250 gliver diced
  • 1Green pepper
  • 1large onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preboil the liver for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Dice the onion and pepper

  3. 3

    Fry the onion in a little oil, add the pepper and stir fry

  4. 4

    Add in the liver and keep stirring and let it brown

  5. 5

    Once browned and dry, remove fron fire and enjoy
