In a wok/pan, heat oil on high flame. Add in chopped ginger, garlic and chillies.
I like to use chopped because i like a bite.. you can use paste as well. - 2
When the raw smell of garlic goes away, add the onions. Sauté until soft.

Now add the chicken. Stir for 15 sec.

Add garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, tomato and salt. Mix well.

If you are using chicken breast, it will cook in 10-12 mins.
Once done, serve hot. - 6
You can have it with flat bread, or just like that as a starter with drinks.
