Ingredients

2 people
  • 250 gmboneless chicken breast/thigh (diced)
  • 1 Tbspginger (chopped)
  • 2 Tbspgarlic (chopped)
  • 1 Tbspgreen chillis (chopped)
  • 0.5 cuponion (diced)
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cuptomato (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok/pan, heat oil on high flame. Add in chopped ginger, garlic and chillies.
    I like to use chopped because i like a bite.. you can use paste as well.

  2. 2

    When the raw smell of garlic goes away, add the onions. Sauté until soft.

  3. 3

    Now add the chicken. Stir for 15 sec.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, tomato and salt. Mix well.

  5. 5

    If you are using chicken breast, it will cook in 10-12 mins.
    Once done, serve hot.

  6. 6

    You can have it with flat bread, or just like that as a starter with drinks.
