Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 2 cupsfresh Basil leaves
  • 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed
  • 2-3 tbspnolive oil
  • Handfulcashew nuts and walnuts

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the nuts in spice grinder and keep it aside

    In a blender add fresh Basil leaves, ground nuts, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, olive oil and blend

    Add more olive oil so it blends well. Do not use water while blending

    Basil pesto is ready
