Steps

Boil mutton with salt.red chilli powder n ginger garlic paste. Until well tender.

Fry onion when it become pink add tomatoes

Cook few minutes and add boiled mutton

Add red chilli flakes roasted Zeera powder and coriander with yogurt

Mix it and add cook few minutes on medium flame

After mixing all ingredients cook few minutes on low flame when it near to ready add green chillies.

Now balty Gosht is ready.
