  1. 1 CupToor dal
  2. 1/4 CupJaggery
  3. 1 TeaspoonSalt
  4. 6Yellow pumpkin pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast toor dal it turns golden brown until nice aroma comes out of it

  2. 2

    Clean and peel Pumpkin and cut into cubical pieces

  3. 3

    Wash roasted dal and mix pumpkin pieces with dal and pressure cook it for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Add ground jaggery and teaspoonful of salt to the cooked dal mix.
