Ingredients

  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoonsAjwain (caraway seeds)
  • to tastesalt
  • oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour in a bowl and add two teaspoon of warm oil to the flour and mix.

  2. 2

    Then ground ajwain till it powdered.

    Add this powder to flour and mix well. knead it into soft dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.

    Make small balls and roll in into round chapati using rolling pin.

  5. 5

    Cut it into 1 inch rectangular cubes.

    Deep fry them in oil till it turns golden.Remove and cool it.store it in dry jar
