This is a healthy traditional Pudina chutney that can become a nice and tasty side dish for breakfast or lunch/dinner

Clean pudina and coriander leaves and keep it aside.

Take urad dal, seasame seed and red chilli in plate and then add little oil in frying pan. Roast these ingredient till golden brown and keep it aside.

Then add little more oil to frying pan and cook pudina and coriander leaves, green chili along with tomato till it is fried and cooked.

Grind roasted seasame and urad dal,red chilli along with tamrind and the pudina coriander and all other ingredients to a smooth texture.
