Boil all veggies for 5 min

Now in a pan add mustard seeds,curryleaves,green chillies on a low flame

Let mustard seeds crackle

After mustard seeds gets cracked add salt,turmeric powder according to taste

Now add boiled veggies saute it for 5 min

Add coconut powder or freshly grated coconut

Cook it for 8 min

Serve hot with chapatis

Tip:1.increase quantity if you have large family
2.dont boil veggies too much other it will loose its crunchiness
