Steps

Soak the rice for 8 hours or overnight, rinse the rice add the cooked rice add ginger and garlic blend till smooth. The consistency should be thick then add yeast with sugar and salt.

Allow to ferment and add chopped onions and mix. Heat the masa pan on low /medium flame and brush with oil, scoop the batter into the pan and fry

Flip when the other side is done till done. Serve with soup/pp soup of choice.
