Ingredients

  1. 3 medium sizedpotatoes
  2. 11/2 cupsmoong dal flour
  3. As RequiredOil for deep frying
  4. As Per TasteSalt
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  8. 1 tspcarom seeds
  9. 2-3green chillies
  10. 1/4 tspcooking soda
  11. 2 tspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Keep oil for heating in a kadhai for frying

    Meanwhile prepare the potatoes, flour batter of pakore

  3. 3

    First rinse,peel off potatoes

  4. 4

    Now make thin slices

  5. 5

    Put these slices in salt water so that these should not turn dark

  6. 6

    Now in a mixing bowl,add moong dal flour

  7. 7

    Add all ingredients

  8. 8

    Now add potatoes slices

  9. 9

    Add water gradually and combine well

  10. 10

    Batter should not be watery

  11. 11

    Now place one potato slice covered with batter in hot oil, at a time you can fry 7-8 pakore

    Flip and fry on both the sides till golden in colour

    Enjoy hot and spicy Fritters
