First of all, for 5 to 7 days, extract milk in a box and put it in the fridge every day.

Now add chilled water and ice cubes to the cream and blend it for eight to ten minutes with the help of a hand blender.

The butter will melt nicely due to the ice cubes. Using a slotted spoon or slotted boul scoop out the butter alone.

Transfer the prepared makhan to a serving bowl and garnish with rock sugar misri and basil leaves.
