Let the butter soften at room temperature, then mix it with sifted powdered sugar until well combined.

Gradually add the beaten egg and mix well. Then add the sifted cake flour, cheese powder, and milk powder, mixing until the dough is no longer sticky. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

Divide the pineapple filling into 13-gram portions. Divide the dough into 19-gram portions. Take a small piece of dough, wrap it around the pineapple filling, and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Place each wrapped dough ball into a mold to shape it, then put them in an air fryer. Bake at 320°F for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5-7 minutes at 320°F, adjusting as needed.
