Steps

Boil banana and potato in a pressure cooker. Remove the skin and mash them. Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil.

Make the banana and potato masala mass.

Make cutlets with oil-greased palms. Shallow fry both sides on medium to low heat.

Serve hot raw banana cutlets with sauce and/or chutney.
