Peel the apples and slice them.

Cover apples with water.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer until apples are slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Crush cooked apples and simmer for 5 more minutes.

Cool them and then place in the grinder. grind it into a smooth paste.

Place it again in the pot.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add cardamom and lemon juice. coo until it get thickens.
