Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add ragi ata & salt, mix it well.

Now add all the ingredients one by one except dhania patta. Mix well.

In goes dhania patta, mix it well.

Add lil water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough. Keep aside.

Take small portions of the dough, roll it, make roti, keep aside. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the roti, cook it until down side turns light brown.

Flip it, cook it in the same manner. Now hold it with a pair of tongs, directly cook it both side on high flame until brown & crisp.

Make all the rotis in the same manner.

Plate it, serve it with any curry or dahi.
