Take cooker put oil n add broken wheat/dallia and saute for 5 min till it changes to golden colour.

Take patila put water n keep for Boling add this water to the pressure cooker anmake 2 whistle switch off the flame and let the pressure cooker cool down completely.

Open the lid turn on the flame stir well let water starts boiling add sugar / jaggery cook for 5 min add 2 tablespoon ghee cook n add dry nuts, green cardemom powder n mix properly

Your yummy lapsi is ready to Serve.
