Fish Balls
Crispy and tasty Fish Balls.
Steps

Marinade fish fillets with salt + pepper powder + turmeric powder and marinade for 10 minutes.

Then fry lightly (50 %) and allow to cool. Then remove skin and bones.

Then add salt + chat masala + pepper powder + corn flour and mix nicely. Then add mashed potato and mix gently, don’t fully mash fish keep it big and chunky for better taste.

Grease palms and start giving the shape of balls.

Make a thin slurry of corn flour + water, dip the balls in the slurry and then coat nicely on corn flour and keep aside.

Heat oil moderately, then start dropping the balls one after another and deep fry till golden brown.

Balls are ready to Serve.

Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
