At first, take a large plate add wheat flour, suji and salt. Mix it well and prepare the kachori dough. Take rest for 15-20 minutes. Now prepare the stuffing. Take a bowl add mashed potato and all spices. Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready now.

Now take a lemon size dough and flatten it. Fill the stuffing in the centre and press it lightly and flattening. Gently flatten them in poori size.

Take a kadhai add oil. When the oil is medium hot add prepared kachori and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown on both sides. Take it out in a plate. Kachori is ready now. Serve hot with sabji, raita, chutney, pickle as you like and enjoy......
