Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius (or 355 Fahrenheit)

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl
- 4
Combine dry and wet together until mixed well (little lumpy and bubble is good too)
- 5
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a square pan and spread with baking brush
- 6
Place in oven for 50 minutes then check with toothpick in the centre
