In a thick bottom non-stick pan,take 1 tbspoon of ghee. Switch on the flame. Now add grated coconut to it..

Saute for a couple of minutes. Add sugar and milk. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame.till sugar dissolves completely.stir continuously while cooking.

Blend cashews to fine powder. Add it to the mixture. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder and 1 tbspoon ghee to it. Cook till it becomes thick and leaves the pan.

Now switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down to medium hot.now apply ghee to your palm and roll small Ladoo. I have made it in small sized as nowadays no one eats whole.

Put chopped pistachio and almonds on Ladoo. Enjoy Ganapati celebration.
