Stir fry your onions, peppers and seasonings, add little water and in with the leftover chicken shreds, stir and its done. Keep aside and let it cool

In a mixer or bowl add all ingredients except butter and mix, until you form a dough

Mix in butter and knead until its smooth. Cover and let it rise for an 40mins or when it double in size

Deflate the dough and divide into 10 pieces and roll into a ball

Flatten and fill with the chicken filling and cheese. Gather and pinch in the seams to seal.

Cover for 30mins and let it rise, brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)

Bake in a pre- heated oven for 20/30mins or depending on how hot your oven is. Enjoy 😘
