Take 1 cup fresh grated coconut, add 1/2cup or 1/3 cup sugar, sweetness according to your taste, cook till sugar is absorbed or (microwave for 1+1 min) add 1 tsp of cardamom powder. Then make a soft dough of wheat flour with a pinch of salt

Make small roti, insert a ball of coconut filling, and close to make a small ball. Roll into a roti

Fry on tawa with ghee, serve hot, tastes good with batatyachi bhaji and coconut chutney
