Coconut Modak filled with Apple ganache

Ganesh Chaturthi is incomplete without Modak. In Maharashtra traditional madak is made by rice flour and filled with jaggery, coconut, dry fruits, and poppy seeds. Nowadays we can see many variations in the making of Modak. I have made it with desiccated coconut and milkmaid. To make it a more delicious and healthy twist I have used chocolate and Apple ganache. It was yummy! Ganpati Bappa Morya 🙏 #GCS#
