First sieve the flour. take ghee in kadhai n add atta. n roast till color changes.

Another pan takes gur and water. melt it.

Pour jaggery syrup in atta kadhai. add cardamom,pista n almond. continuous stir makes sure there are no lumps.

When halwa thickens, ghee is released side of the pan. it's ready. now take a modak mould n to fill it with this halwa.

Modak is ready, garnish with desiccated coconut n pista n almond.
