Take the Bourbon biscuit and separate the cream filling from the plain biscuit. Transfer the separate cream filling into a bowl and keep it aside.. Now put the biscuit into the mixer jar and power them. Transfer the Bourbon biscuit powder into a bowl and add sugar to it.. Mix everything adds oil and milk next add 1 tbsp eno and mix well

The cake better is ready, now preheat the oven to 180°c for 15 minutes.. Take a cake tin and line it with butter paper..now pour the cake better into the cake tin..

Place the cake tin in the oven and bake the cake for 45 minutes. Take the bowl with Bourbon cream filling add the unsalted butter and beat it till it becomes smooth and creamy. Chocolate ganache is ready. After the cake is cooled apply the chocolate ganache on the top. For the presentation place gems and chocolate on top and place wafers around the cake. Cake is ready
