Actually for ganapathy puja I have purchased one kg Mango after puja I have invited my friend and a teacher they were with myself for years as a friend and neighbour her husband retired from his service so we have invited for the dinner.She is not only a teacher but also very fine culinary expert in all dishes,sweets,baking,pickles and so on ..Form her own recipe I have learn and going to present for her as a dessert dish today.. I have prepared today and I will be serving tonight..Her expert comments means me a lot.Always in our Zaloni ladies club one of the main competitor for myself because she always bags first prize in cooking competition her presentation,taste and creation to her own recipe always bag first prize.I used to bag second postion.Even 25to 30 ladies participation she stood always first.

First remove skin from your ripe mango cut in to small cubes add half tin mango j keep it away.

Next step from eggs remove white completely with help of your hand or strainer then keep it separately in a glass bowl.Take the white portion add two drops of lemon,sugar 50grams then take your egg beater completely beat you will get completely double portion and keep it away.Then in double boiler take one kadai pour some hot water and take the yellow York portion add few drops of vanilla essence add 50grams of sugar(quarter cup)and cook nicely.

In a warm water take two tsp of gelatin and completely transfer to your yellow portion of cooking of your eggs with this completely blend and switch off your gas

Then take a mixie grinder pour ripe mangoes and jam half bottle grind nicely everything mix with the yellow portion of eggs and add the white portion also mix and then take your vanilla ice cream in a bowl add milkmaid and milk and blend completely.

Then next step is take the blend ice cream,milkmaid,milk everything blend with the mango pulp add some more full fat cream (optional)if you need your mango soffela more creamy..

Then take a proper glass container everything mixed mango pulps pour it and set in a freezer for 2hours.it will automatically set.decorate with fresh strawberries and chilled Mango Soufflé is ready
