Soft, mouth-melting modak prepared with custard and mawa. Rice in taste and easy to cook.
Steps

Firstly boil milk into a pan.

In a small bowl add custard powder and 2 tbsp milk and mix it well.

When milk becomes boiled add the custard mixture to the milk, milk is continuously stirred, no any lump in the custard. Add 2 tsp sugar Stir custard continuously, custard doesn't stick to the pan. Cook until the custard becomes thick.

Turn off the gas, and keep aside. Cool down.

Now in another pan, add 1 tsp ghee and roast mawa, until removed from the pan.

Now add powder sugar and chopped almonds, raisins and cardamom mix it well. And cook for a few minutes or until removed from the pan.

Now add prepared custard in the mawa mixture.

Further add tutti frutti and cook until mixture becomes like a dough.

Now prepare modak for the help of modak mould.

Ready custard modak for bhog and serve. Enjoy!
