Ingredients

  1. Halfkilo pork belly
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspcooking wine
  4. 3ginger slices
  5. 2laurel leaves
  6. 1star anise
  7. Sauce:half tsp sugar, three pieces garlic minced, one tsp soy

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water with the ings except for the sauce ings.

  2. 2

    Then add in pork belly. Boil for 30-35 mins. Let it cool then slice it.
