Muffin Batter
1 1/2 cupsflour (about 180 grams)
1 packetbaking powder
3eggs
1/2 cupmilk (about 100 ml)
1/2 cupoil (about 100 ml)
2 handfulsshredded cheese
2 slicesham, chopped into small pieces
Topping
Tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Black olives
Pepper

Mix all the batter ingredients together. Pour into small silicone muffin cups.

Add a little tomato sauce on top, then some ham, mozzarella, and finally a small olive.

Bake in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 15 minutes.
