Ingredients

  1. 200 gground pork
  2. 5 pcsdried mushroom, slice it
  3. 2shallots
  4. 5 pcsgarlic, slice
  5. Halftsp oyster sauce
  6. 1/3 tspdark soy sauce
  7. 1 packbakchoy
  8. 2 slicesginger
  9. Halftsp salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash properly the bakchoy. Then cut into half. Boil it with ginmer ang salt, for 5 mins.

    Drain and arrange in a plate.

  3. 3

    Sautee garlic,, shallot and dried mushroom.

  4. 4

    Add in minced pork, sefson it then cook until done.

  5. 5

    Then scoop and arrange on top of bakchoy.
