Wash properly the bakchoy. Then cut into half. Boil it with ginmer ang salt, for 5 mins.

Drain and arrange in a plate.

Sautee garlic,, shallot and dried mushroom.

Add in minced pork, sefson it then cook until done.

Then scoop and arrange on top of bakchoy.
