In a pan add butter, and saute onions and garlic, when slightly brown, add tomatoes and cooked until soft

Add sprouted mung, potato and all the masala. Mix well, add a cup of water and cook covered for 5 minutes

Serve garnished with butter and fresh coriander. Accompliment with brown bread, chapati or pav.

Healthy tasty version of sprouts especially for Diabetic person.
