Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsprouted mung
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1onion Chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chillipowder
  8. 1 tbsppav bhaji masala
  9. 1 tspchopped garlic (optional)
  10. as requiredButter and coriander for garnish
  11. 1boiled and mashed potato

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add butter, and saute onions and garlic, when slightly brown, add tomatoes and cooked until soft

  2. 2

    Add sprouted mung, potato and all the masala. Mix well, add a cup of water and cook covered for 5 minutes

    Serve garnished with butter and fresh coriander. Accompliment with brown bread, chapati or pav.
