Preheat oven at 230°C.

Mix pizza sauce with oregano, basil and olive oil. Add a dash of black pepper.

Prepare the toppings, eg if using bacon bits, fry it first.

Spread the pizza sauce mixture on the Portobello crevice. Top it up with mozzarella cheese ensuring it is fully covered. Add the toppings on top of the cheese.

Place the Portobello mushroom on a greased baking tray and cook for 10-15mins in the oven.
