Rose coconut mava modaks

Cooking Instructions

In a pan take mava and heat it till the oil comes out. And then place it on a plate to cool it down

Then in the same pan add coconut powder and roast it for some time once it is done then cool the same.

In the same pan add a cup of water add sugar to it to make some chashni(sugar syrup)once it is thick add the mava and coconut powder to it and mix it well and keep the mixture aside for 4 to 5 hrs.

Then after 4 to 5 hrs add rose essence and petals and colour to it and then using a modak mould make some modaks.
