For Sattu Stuffing - in a bowl add Sattu flour, carrom seeds, salt, minced garlic, red chili powder and water, mix and set aside

For Kachori Dough - in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, and water and knead to make a soft dough, keep it covered for 10 mins.

Roll out balls to stuff the filling. Make a dent in the balls and add 1 Tbsp of filling, fold from all sides and set aside

Grease the kitchen top. With a rolling pin roll into a Poori shape and set aside. Complete the batches.

In a heavy-bottomed wok heat adequate oil. On medium-high flame add the Poori and press lightly on the sides and fry until it puffs up, flip sides and fry golden, set aside.

Plate with Chana Masala and enjoy.
