Sunday morning… What better plan than having delicious pancakes for breakfast?They are super easy and quick to make!In Spain, we call them “tortitas.”I remember when I was little, going to a café in Murcia (Spain) to have them—they made them so good! I would order them with whipped cream and hot chocolate on top… Such a treat! 😋

Well I have no background on this except that I love trying different things and plantains are loaded with great vitamins and minerals. I started eating more as I was iron deficient and plantains helped a lot 😜

The only from scratch pancake recipe you will ever need. Light and flavorful. Hands down, the best flavor I've ever had.

This was made when i was bored and just wanted to add sonething else to it. My sibilings like there pancakes with jam or peanut butter. If you have any left iver youu can chill them and in the morning you can heat them back up!!

#Ashlab.The main idea behind making this recipe is because of my kids that have so much love for pancakes and Nutella at the same time that they wouldn’t mind eating pancake as breakfast for a complete whole week.So instead of using the Nutella to eat the pancake which they normal do,I came up with the idea of filling the pancakes with Nutella and condensed milk,then a topping of banana to make it look attractive and yummy.Hold and behold! They enjoyed it and kept asking for more.Do try it out for your kids and trust me they will love it just like my soldiers.

This pancake recipe is a little complicated, so I wouldn't make it everyday, but it's perfect for special occasions. You can easily double it if you have more people to serve.Goes perfectly with a liberal serving of maple syrup! 🥞 🇨🇦
