At first.prepare the stuffing. Take a bowl add grind urad dal and all spices. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready now.

Take a bowl add wheat flour and salt. Mix it well and prepare the kachori dough. rest for 15-20 minutes.

Now take a lemon size dough and flatten it. Fill the stuffing in the centre and press it lightly. Gently flatten them in poori size.

Take a kadhai, add oil. When the oil is medium hot add prepared kachori and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown on both sides.

Take it out in a plate. Kachori is ready now. Serve hot with sabji and raita.
