Steps

Soak the sabudana for 4 hours and grind coarsely. Take boiled and mashed potatoes, add ground sabudana and mix it.

Add all spices,ground peanuts,green chillies and coriander leaves. mix them nicely and make cutlets from it.

Take a pan, add some oil and deep fry these cutlets on high flame from both side until they turn golden and crisp.

Transfer into absorbing paper and serve with sauce or chutney.
