Steps

Sift flour into a bowl add in chopped spring onion, & pounded onion, scotch & red pepper. Add in all the seasonings. Add in some water to make a paste. Crack & add the egg add in palm oil & little water to make a paste.

Mix every thing together to make sure there are no lumps heat up a pan add little palm oil. Scoop the mixture & add. Fry then to the other side & fry for 2 minutes on both sides. I cover the pan once I added the mixture & only open it when flipping.

Repeat process with batter until batter finishes then serve😋😋😋 I garnish with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, onions, egg & fish but it’s completely optional you can skip all of it & serve like that or with chili powder enjoy!😋😋😋
