Ingredients

8 serves
  • 8 cupsflour
  • Halfcup of sugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Little butter
  • Boiled eggs
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix the flour with all the ingredients excluding the oil and eggs

  2. 2

    Add water to the mixture.

  3. 3

    Share it into 8 pieces

  4. 4

    Roll each one out and put your egg inside

  5. 5

    Fry when the oil is hot

  6. 6

    Serve with chilled sobo
