First of all boil potatoes and remove peels Meanwhile cut paneer into pieces and fry using nonstick tawa by using some Desi ghee for a few minutes.

Make a puree of 3 tomatoes, Thoda a ginger, and 3 Hari Mirch.

Put 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a cooking pan when it heats put some hing powder and jeera cook for a few minutes and add tomatoes puree in it and cook on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes by stirring in between. When gravy cooks completely add dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and add potatoes cut into small cubes and paneer cubes mix welly add some water as per the thickness required. At this time add tamarind paste
