  1. 5potatoes
  2. 1 cupkuttu atta
  3. 2green chillies
  4. as per tasteas per taste salt
  5. as requiredoil for frying

    First wash potato properly peel out the skin & cut into round shapes. Now mix kuttu aata, salt, chopped green chillies in Bowl use water if required.

    Heat oil in kadhai and dip the potato slices in kuttu aata mixture and pour in kadhai.

    Fry in deep oil till golden brown from both sides take out in the plate. Ready to serve with green chutney or dahi.
