Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast and mix it well and then knead the dough with Warm Milk and then add 4 tbsp Butter and knead it well.

After that dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and roll it and cut it into 9 pieces and make a dough balls and then roll all of them like big thin tortilla and cover.

Now place the 1 tortilla and spread with some melted butter and then sprinkle some Sesame seeds place second tortilla and again repeat the same process now you have a 1 big tortilla.

Cut the circle into 12 equal wedges.

Place about 1 tblsp of the chocolate chips or chunks down the center of each triangle.
Roll the wedges loosely toward the point. Shape each roll into a crescent and place on an ungreased baking tray. Allow littel space between each croissant. - 5
Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled in size, approximately 2 hours. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 170 C / Gas 3.
Brush croissants with beaten egg. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.Your Chocolate Croissants are Ready.
