Heat pan and add oil, when hot add steak,kidneys & chopped onion,fry for about 10 minutes

Add bay leaves and royco soup in a cup of water, and pour on the meat let it simmer for about 30 minutes add flour to thicken the meat sauce then salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.

Oil then pan then lay the puff pastry on the pan and the meat and use the remaining pastry to cover the top make hole at the top using a fork. Brush the top with beaten egg or milk. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°.
