10lettuce leaves
1small bowl of coleslaw
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Avocado
1 handfulraisins
1 handfulnuts
Fresh mint
Apple cider vinegar
Feta
Honey
Sundried tomatoes

Wash your lettuce well and cut it in chunks. Cut red cabbage and beetroot strips. Place in plate and mix together.

Add nuts, raisins, avocado, salt and pepper, red onion pickles and mint and mix well.

In a small glass mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and add it in the salad. Mix well.

Top the salad with au dried tomatoes and feta and enjoy!
