  • boiled assorted meat with spice and seasoning
  • thyme sprinkle, water enough
  • 1 teaspooncurry
  • oregano 1 tspn
  • parsley1tspn
  • onions
  • Garlic and ginger powder
  • seasonig
  • 10large irish potatoe
  • black pepper 1/2tspn
  • Veg oil
  • salt
  • grated pepper & onions

    In a pot add your veg oil fry a bit add onions and peppers mix

  2. 2

    Then add all your spice, add water, add seasoning and salt add potatoes and carrots

  3. 3

    Add your boiled assorted meat cover and allow to cook until your potatoes are soft then serve🔥
