Wash and soak the soya granules and grind it

Take a pan and heat oil in it. add onions and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. when onions gets golden brown and tomatoes are soft add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it well. cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame

When masala is cooked add soya granules and mix well. cook it for 5 minutes and serve with roti
