In your washed chicken, add in all your seasonings/spices and mix

Add in scotch bonnet, oil and onions (I added onions for extra flavor)....

Marinate for 15 minutes and arrange on your oven wire rack

And roast for at least 25 minutes

Bring out and brush up with a mixture of oil, seasoning and scotch bonnet

And return to oven for at least 2 - 3 minutes

Then it's ready to be served😘 I served mine with chinese fried rice.
