Steps

Wash offals thoroughly. Boil and keep aside

Peel, wash & cut irish potatoes into cubes. Wash and cut carrots into small chunks

Pour some vegetable oil to a pot, add grated scot bonnet & Fry for 2 mins and add water. Add seasoning, spices, curry, ginger powder, sliced onions and the boiled offals. Cover the pot and allow to cook

When the offals is about to cook, add the irish potatoes and the carrots, stir and allow to cook till everything is soft.
